  4. Set goals and take action: Setting goals can help us stay future-focused and
    motivated, even in the face of adversity. Break down big goals into smaller,
    achievable steps, and take action towards them each day. Celebrate your progress and use setbacks as opportunities to learn and adjust your approach. Giving yourself something to achieve can help you move on from the negative things that have been experienced in the past, and give you something to look forward to in the future.

Building resilience takes time and effort, but it’s a worthwhile investment in our well-being. By cultivating a growth mindset, practicing self-care, building a support network, and setting goals, we can bounce back from adversity and emerge stronger than before.
